- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fennel
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Laurel
- 5 black peppercorns
- 5 Strands Saffron
- Cognac
- Salt
The meat
- Piglet 250gr
- 250gr deer
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 2 rosemary branches
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 ml white wine
- virgin olive oil
- 100 ml water
