Fina crema de bacalao con crutones de atún

Ingredients

  • 250 g of desalted cod
  • Olive oil 125 ml
  • 125 ml of sunflower oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small potato
  • 50 g of tuna
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 50 g of wet salt
  • 50g sugar
  • 5 Pink Pepper
  • 5 coriander seeds
  • 1 sprig of fresh dill
  • 50gr vodka Smirnoff
  • Sakura mix leaves
