Ingredients

  • 180 gr snapper fish
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml of red fumet
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 3 small spoons of paprika vera
  • 2 small spoons of brandy
  • 1 small spoon of paprika vera
  • 1 sprig of lemon thyme
  • Outbreaks Tahoon
  • maldon salt
