Stuffed Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 2 lamb chops
• 1 sheet of lamb crepinette
• 1 pear tomatoes
• 2 leaves of basil
• 1 potato

 

For the salsa

• Lamb bones
• 1 onion
• 1 leek
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 sprig thyme
• 1 bay leaf
• 250ml red wine
• 1 shot of olive oil
• 500ml water
