Tuna with Red Tea

Ingredients
- 100 gr. Red tuna
FOR decoration
- 10 gr. Beet sprout
- 20 gr. Yucca
- 10 gr. Stem Leek
- 10 gr. Carrot
to make a red tea
- 1 Bag of red tea
- fresh ginger
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 1 red chilli
- 20 gr. brown sugar.
- Normal sugar
- 10 ml. rice vinegar
Wasabi cream
- 25 gr. Cheese cream
- 1 pinch of wasabi powder
